New Classes! Tuedays (fitness) and Wednesdays (yoga with dance) ... Join Us!

In and Out Yoga and Fitness offers beginning and advanced yoga and fitness classes. We practice in a private and secure space in the historic Tremont district of Cleveland. Classes are 60 minutes and no registration or sign-up is required to attend.

Clothed (co-ed) and naked (men only) yoga and fitness classes are offered. If you are new to yoga or have a developed practice, we invite you to participate in Vivastra Yogais, the practice of yoga without clothes, and in fitness exercise without clothes.

Yoga :

Mondays at 6:30pm
- Naked Yoga with Andy (men only)

Wednesdays at 6:30pm
- Yoga with Matt - Co-Ed (not naked)

Fridays at 6:00pm
- Naked Yoga with Dan (men only)

Blocks and straps are provided. Mats are available; regular participants are requested to use their own mats.

Fitness :

Tuesdays at 6:30pm
- Naked Fitness with Duke (men only)

Thursdays at 5:30pm
- Naked Fitness with Chris (men only)

Saturdays at 11:30am
- Naked Fitness with Chris (men only)

All fitness equipment is provided. Please bring shoes, a towel, and water to class.

Classes


Our Yoga classes flow through a number of traditional movements. All levels of practice - first time, beginning, and more advanced levels - are included.

The Wednesday yoga class has a powerful flow influenced by dance elements. It is open to men and women, and is clothed.

Fitness classes use basic exercises to improve flexibility and mobility for all ages and body types. All levels of practice are included. Participants are encouraged to sweat towards their fitness goals!

Yoga was originally practiced naked to remove the differences between the practitioners. Our naked yoga and naked fitness programs allow unencumbered body movement. They are a great way to deepen body acceptance and become more grounded and comfortable with ourselves.

A donation of $10 per session is requested to cover expenses and to keep our space clean.
